To process a refund, an unboxing video is required. This video serves as evidence to validate any claims regarding the product's condition upon arrival.
Unboxing Video Guidelines:
Start recording before opening the package.
Ensure the video is continuous and unedited.
Clearly show the shipping label and the entire product.
Highlight any defects or issues with the product.
Note: Refund requests without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
